Our Lady has two projects that we are currently bidding with Requests for Proposals.
First is a Project for Replacing Several Roofs
Our Lady of Perpetual Help is requesting proposals for the removal and replacement of six existing sections of the existing low-slope roofing system covering our school ministry, cafeteria, gym and pedway. The intent of the project is to provide a durable, watertight, low-maintenance roofing system intended to serve as a long-term capital improvement and reduce the need for recurring repair work. The anticipated timeline is during the school summer break, May 26 through July 30, 2027.

Second is a School Ministry Aftercare Program Partnership
Our Lady of Perpetual Help is exploring a transition from a school ministry-operated Aftercare Program to a third party-operated model. Our goal is to establish a partnership that provides students with a safe, dependable, well-supervised, engaging environment while also providing families with consistency and high-quality care.
